Asparagus season
My first blog posting! Another first for today .... first local asparagus of the season. Ate it steamed with lots of butter, salt and pepper. All you need!
I'm a vegetarian who enjoys eating out and cooking at home. Trying to be green, eco-friendly, fairtrade and organic but still have fun! I have veggie-box guilt, often ending up chucking out rotting carrots!
